This is a great news. It would give people more options to choose from among the therapy programs that are available nowadays.

While I believe that cognitive restructuring is a wonderful and effective human science if written and implemented correctly, I also believe that this can still be improved.

In my present personal assessment CBT has proven to go deep to address the ""disease"" and not just the many manifested symptoms such as anger, blaming, and self-justification.

There are those who experienced the program who said that they think that it was great. It helped them a great deal in becoming aware of the faulty areas of their thinking and how to change them. It's a very eye-opening program that gives people the tools to improve themselves, and in turn, improve their lives.
